Here is where you will find a sampling of great contemporary literature, selected by practicing writers and attentive readers. We don’t publish work on this site; we just feature great poems and stories so that you don’t have to navigate the “labyrinth” of contemporary literary publishing.  It’s all right here. Or at least—a great starting point is right here.

Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or thoughts about this site.  It is just beginning.  Hopefully Minotaur’s Spotlight will grow into an easy-to-access network of great contemporary literature.  In the meantime, it’s a fun place to read a good poem or short story.
